Reduce size of window on mac for labview

It can be used to check connectivity with LinuxCNC. I have placed the Network TCP interface for the main status Vi on github.

I'm in the process of doing some clean up work and converting the project files to the 2020 Labview Community version. Since National Instruments came out withe the 2020 Community version of Labview it is a lot more of a worthwhile project since many individuals will be able to use it or some version of it.
